How is it calculated?
- Working hours per month = hours per week × 4.33 (average weeks per month). Full-time 40 h/week ≈ 173.3 hours per month.
- Monthly gross = hourly wage × working hours per month.
- Net is calculated as in the salary calculator: unemployment insurance 1.6%, the 2nd pillar and income tax 22% (basic exemption €700) are deducted.
